Join us this December for Next Level OTA's (Organized Team Activities) at Sequoia High School! Gather your buddies and sign up today, or hop in as a 'Free Agent' for elite 'next level' pre-season training.

General Registration is now open for all participants (2nd - 7th grade)!

The Next Level OTA's program structure is tailored to prepare you for the upcoming flag football season. Here, players will be taught distinct fundamentals of offensive and defensive techniques and their purposes. From stance, to footwork, to schemes... this program covers the details it takes to take your game to the Next Level! Additionally, each program day will include specific situational simulations, i.e. Goal Line, Red Zone, Over Time, and more!

No previous flag football or Next Level program experience is required to attend the training(s). See below for the full curriculum!

All attendees will receive a Next Level OTA's Nike Dri-Fit T-shirt, which is included in the base cost of the program!
